Roxanne LaCarte - Kookhitaan

ROXANNE LaCARTE has been on the Dáanaa Jíli (Cache) Trust since January of 2020. She was born and raised in Whitehorse, Yukon and is a member of the Kookhitaan clan. She is the only daughter to Dianna and Guenther Mueller, grand daughter to Walter and Mary Huebschwerlen. She currently lives at the Carcross Corner just outside of Whitehorse. Roxanne has worked in various Human Resources capacities for the government of Yukon since 2009 and has worked as a Human Resource Manager for the Council of Yukon First Nation, the Carcross/Tagish First Nation, and Selkirk First Nation. Roxanne became an advanced certified professional of the International Personnel Management Association in 2016.
